The hotel's location is perfect, away from the frenetic centre of town, but still close enough to reach all the city's attractions easily. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a view of the exterior garden. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast lounge is a relaxing space to start your day.
Some guests reported issues with the pool area, such as the door easily locking and the overall need for maintenance.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city center and were pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and quality services provided. Despite its somewhat disappointing location, once we entered the gates of this oasis, we were transported to a modern and clean establishment. The staff, particularly the young lady at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were helpful and pleasant throughout our time here. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, from room service and dry cleaning to ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The room itself was beautiful, with air conditioning, a dressing area, and a flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and we loved the option to sit outside the dining room on warm evenings. we had a great experience at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the Compans Cattarelli Metro stop and within walking distance of the city centre. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the lovely little swimming pool, especially during the hot days of our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, with excellent English skills, made communication easy.
